Purchasing a home is an adventure; one that should place an emphasis on the excitement and minimize the risk. This is what Perl Mortgage lenders do: they allow people to stay in the know during their loan process. When we met with them, they expressed interest in staying close to their motto: “At PERL, we’re with you every step of the way.” They also wanted to expand their customer reach and truly stand out as a company as ONCE Interactive.
We decided that the best way to do that was to create a custom module for them on their website.
This would allow two things: • Forge a bond between the company and their customers. • Expand their reach by way of dispelling doubts on the products that PERL offers.

Our first step was to perform an in-depth investigation into what PERL offers. We quickly realized that as a full-service lender, PERL had access to a wide range of loan products and could easily find competitive rates and programs that fit the unique needs of each person. Our focus then shifted to their potential clients. We asked ourselves the following questions: • What mortgage questions could they have? • What programs might they qualify for? • Did they have a specific goal for their lending application? • What could PERL do to make the process easier?
